Have files too large to send through regular email? Please follow the steps below to accurately prepare and send your files though a third party file sending site Hightail.com

• Files should be High Resolution, preferably in PDF format with crop marks and bleeds.
• We also accept EPS, TIFF, JPG, WORD, Al and CDR files. If you have questions regarding other formats, please call 519.685.5599 for assistance.
• Special fonts in your file? Please either convert the fonts to curves/outlines or send the font files with your file. If this step is missed, your fonts may be replaced. Our computer program will automatically substitute unrecognized fonts with similar fonts, but they will not be exactly the same.
